Black Bayou Cultural Heritage Management is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization specializing in  

 collaborative projects that promote education, empowerment and engagement.

Our goal is to provide individualized and customized approaches to improve the quality of life for children, youth and adults, particularly those in small/rural towns, communities of color, and other poor, underserved and disenfranchised populations. We strive to provide the most comprehensive and cost-effective community-based management system through principled practices, specialized consultancy team, and collaborative outreach measures.
